Microenterprise Assistance Grant Program Now Available

Grants up to $10,000 will soon be available to qualified microenterprises in Dudley from a $376,000 Community Development Block Grant awarded to the Town of Leicester from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. Starting on October 16th, applications will be available to businesses with five or fewer employees, of which at least one must own the enterprise, that are able to document a loss resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. Applications for assistance will be accepted on a rolling basis until funds are spent out. Interested parties should continue to track the program website for updates.

 

SMALL BUSINESS GRANT INFORMATION

Attention Small Business Owners!

The Towns of Leicester, Brookfield, Dudley, Millbury, North Brookfield and West Brookfield are partnering with the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission to apply for a state grant to aid eligible microenterprises that are impacted adversely by the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown. If your business has 5 or fewer employees and your family meets income criteria, you may be eligible for up to $10,000 in grant assistance for certain operational expenses.
