Water Sewer Important Notices

The Town of Dudley Sewer Department works diligently to ensure that the Town’s sewage is conveyed through the sewer system to the wastewater treatment plant located in Webster, MA.  Discharges or overflows of sewage into a water body are rare.  If for any reason this occurs, the Town has implemented a Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) alert system in accordance with MassDEP regulations 314 CMR 16.00 to notify you where and when the sewage overflow occurred.  This is so all citizens can be aware of the situation and take any necessary precautions.

**IF YOU CANNOT REACH ANYONE AT THE OFFICE AND THIS IS AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AT (508) 943-4411 AND THEY WILL CONTACT WATER/SEWER PERSONNEL**

No final bill for water and/or sewer will be given to either the seller’s attorney or buyer’s attorney until the new owners billing information has been given to the Water/Sewer Administrative Assistant.
