Meeting Information
The Dudley Conservation Commission scheduled meetings are listed on the bottom of this page. Deadline dates for permit applications are two weeks prior to the meeting dates. This allows sufficient time for our wetland consultant to review plans, perform a site evaluation and submit recommendations to the Commissioners.

Any requests to be placed on any meeting agenda for reasons other than a permit hearing, must be received by the date shown in the column, “Agenda Requests Deadline”. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All meetings begin at 6:15 PM. There are no time slots.

Planning on Doing Some Work on Your Property?
If you plan on doing work on your property that is or might be within 100 feet of a wetland resource area or within 200 feet of a river, contact the office for filing and permitting procedures.

It is illegal for anyone in Dudley to dredge, fill, modify or alter any of these resource areas without first filing for and receiving a permit. Anyone who may want to work within 100 feet of a resource area or within 200 feet of a river and who plans to build, grade, clear, apply herbicides or do any work which could alter the resource area must contact the Conservation Commission before doing so.

For information and tips on wetland resource areas, download our “Living With Wetlands” brochure.
