The Dudley Economic Development Committee’s mission is the promotion of Dudley’s identity in MA and the bordering states of RI and CT. With access to I-84, I-395, and proximity to the Mass Pike, Dudley is a desireable and convenient location for new and existing businesses. Dudley’s geographic location and inclusion into the Last Green Valley has helped to maintain it’s rural, natural image.
The Economic Development Committee looks forward to promoting Dudley for businesses to locate to the community. While we strive to streamline the review process for locating into the community, it is our goal to promote Dudley for it’s historical, agricultural, and industrial potential, yet preserving the rural aspect of the town.
Tax Increment Financing
The Town of Dudley’s Tax Increment Financing Program is an incentive program designed to encourage new or expanded development and job creation in Dudley. This program is administered as the local component for the Commonwealth’s Economic Development Incentive Program through the Board of Selectmen. For more details on eligibility requirements see the entire Policy and Guidelines.
